All products sold in the Wraith Funeral store are made to order, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. As a result, returns and exchanges are not permitted if the reason for returning is a wrong size or colour was ordered, or the product is no longer wanted.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
